My father and uncle had saffron farms and I remember early morning calls to harvest them one by one from the soil. Inspired by Persian heritage, saffron has always been a source of balance, warmth, and care for me. This precious spice has shaped centuries of wellness traditions. I wanted to honor that history by working with premium saffron and creating clean, thoughtfully made products in small batches in Colorado.
